We want you to love your pieces as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in its original packaging
- Include all tags, pouches and accessories
- Be free from damage or alteration
To request a return, please contact us at hello@shopbyebyebaby.com with your order number.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
If you would like to exchange your piece for a different size or style, please email us at hello@shopbyebyebaby.com.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalised jewellery
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
Faulty or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
If approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange or full refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
