All pieces are covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty clasps, chains or settings
- Structural issues caused by workmanship
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at hello@shopbyebyebaby.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
Our team will assess the piece and, where approved, provide a repair, replacement or store credit.
Please note that our manufacturing warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Lost items
- Improper storage or care
- Damage caused by chemicals or harsh products

Our jewellery is designed for everyday wear and is backed by a lifetime guarantee against tarnishing and discolouration under normal wear conditions.

- Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals and cleaning products
- Store pieces separately in a dry place when not in use
- Remove jewellery before heavy exercise or activities that may cause impact or scratching

To clean your jewellery:
- Gently wipe with a soft microfibre or jewellery polishing cloth
- Use mild soap and lukewarm water when needed
- Dry thoroughly before storing
Avoid abrasive materials or harsh jewellery cleaners, as they may affect the finish over time.
